High quality throughout the entire year

Consumers buying produce from supermarkets expect a consistent quality throughout the year. However this quality is far from always self-explanatory with produce such as vegetables and fruit, and for this reason Lans has made major investments in innovative technologies that do provide for yearround supplies from the Netherlands.

Consequently Lans' renowned high-quality produce is now stocked on the shelves during all twelve months of the year. This extension of the Dutch cultivation season has been achieved by the use of assimilation lighting in the darker months.

Lans' total of 53 ha glasshouses, distributed between four locations in Westland and two in Zeeland, assures us of the flexibility we need to meet the various wishes of our many customers.
