High-quality produce is possible only with excellent staff. Lans fully appreciates the importance of its staff to the company, and consequently it is hardly surprising that Lans has an excellent reputation for its working climate.

Lans has been awarded Investors in People (IiP) certification, which is issued solely to companies with a demonstrably appropriate personnel policy.

Lans also devotes a great deal attention to employee involvement; consequently information is conveyed rapidly from the management to the workplace, and the management is highly receptive to information from the staff.

These communications are promoted by the publication of a monthly newsletter, and monthly consultations are held with many of the staff - both permanent employees and temporary employees. Some of our permanent staff provide services for all Lans branches, such as the office staff and the members of the technical department.

Our employees receive permanent support in the performance of their duties; personal development plans give the management a full insight into the qualities and ambitions of each member of staff. New staff particpate in an induction programme.
