Temporary employees

Lans' permanent employees are supplemented by a large number of temporary employees. These temporary employees are deployed during peak periods.

Lans ensures for the necessary flexibility by making use of the services provided by a number of temporary employment agencies. These temporary employees carry out all duties associated with the cultivation of our crops. A number of temporary employees are deployed throughout the season.

The Lans companies also employ Polish temporary employees with German passports. These employees usually work about eight weeks in succession before returning home for a short break.
